Professional Background:
Lorenz was the first Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) in Hong Kong, bringing with him 20 years of practical Agile experience. His roles have included Scrum Master, Product Owner, Developer, and Agile Leaders outside the Scrum Team. In large enterprises, Lorenz led Agile Transformation, forming and sustaining multiple Scrum Teams comprising over 500 developers. Additionally, he co-authored the O'Reilly book, “97 Things Every Engineering Manager Should Know”.

Ken has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry in the delivery of enterprise solutions & consulting services.
Ken possesses over a decade of Agile experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach in aviation, logistics, supply chain, hospitality and entertainment, finance, and banking industries.
Ken does not only have in-depth knowledge and experience of Scrum but also solid experience in Scaled Scrum product development, professional training, mentoring, and coaching. He is also proficient in other methodologies and frameworks such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Lean UX, XP, and Professional Kanban.
He is one of the only two Professional Scrum Trainers from scrum.org in Hong Kong and currently focuses on Agile Coaching, Agile Scaling, and Digital Transformation.
